To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If your return is rejected, we will contact you to discuss the reasons for the rejection and potential resolutions.
  1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@pergarn.com with details of the issue and your exchange request. We will guide you through the exchange process.

  1. Shipping

To return your product, please support@pergarn.com to obtain a return authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
